When you contact us, we process the contact details and message you provide so that we can respond and follow up. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in managing incoming enquiries. We retain the information only for as long as it is needed for the matter.

When you register, we process your name, email address, company or organisation, role and language to administer the webinar and send your personal access link, reminders and promised materials. If you voluntarily opt in, we may also contact you about AI Modus offers and upcoming webinars. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Univid processes registration and attendance data as our webinar platform.

Our own webinar database retains company or organisation, role, language, registration source and a cryptographically pseudonymised matching key. We do not retain names or email addresses in this database. The matching key allows us to connect the information with registration and attendance data held by Univid when a report is needed.

When you use our AI adoption scan, we retain your numerical answers, current step and result under a random anonymous resume key. We do not collect your name, email address or company in the tool. The information is deleted after three months of inactivity. Anyone with your private resume link can view the answers and result.

The information is used for webinar administration, follow-up and audience insights. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in delivering and evaluating the webinar. Supplementary webinar data is automatically deleted no later than 12 months after registration. Pseudonymised information remains personal data and is protected accordingly.

We use providers that process information on our behalf, including Univid for webinars and Replit for hosting and database services. They may only process information under our instructions and applicable agreements. We do not disclose webinar attendees' contact details to partners for their own marketing without a separate legal basis.

Necessary cookies are used to operate the website. Analytics tools are used only according to the choices you make in the cookie settings. You can change your choice through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.

You may request access, correction or erasure, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, in certain cases, request restriction or data portability. Contact us at kontakt@aimodus.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
